UNILORIN Releases 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Schedule
The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced the schedule for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening exercise, also known as the Pre-Admission Screening exercise. The university disclosed the dates in a statement issued by its Director of Corporate Affairs, Kunle Akogun.
According to the statement, the university’s Admissions Officer, AbdulKareem Kunle Sanni, gave candidates key updates on registration, slip printing, and the actual screening dates.
Key Dates for the 2026/2027 UNILORIN Post-UTME Screening
Registration Deadline (UTME & Direct Entry): Sunday, August 9, 2026
Printing of Examination Slips Begins: Monday, August 10, 2026
Post-UTME Screening Exercise: Thursday, August 13 – Saturday, August 15, 2026
The screening will run for three days, with the Computer-Based Test (CBT) format used to assess candidates across the different days.
Registration Portal Closes August 9
UNILORIN reminded all prospective candidates, whether they applied through UTME or Direct Entry (DE), that the screening registration portal closes on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Candidates who have not completed their registration are advised to do so before the deadline, as late registration will not be entertained.
Slip Printing Starts August 10
Candidates who have successfully completed their screening registration can begin printing their examination slips from Monday, August 10, 2026. The examination slip contains important details such as the candidate’s assigned date, venue, and time for the screening test, so candidates are encouraged to print early and confirm that all details are correct.
Screening Exercise Holds August 13–15
The Post-UTME screening test itself will be conducted over three days, from Thursday, August 13, to Saturday, August 15, 2026. Candidates are expected to attend their scheduled sessions with all required documents, including their printed examination slip and relevant identification.
